What is Tickmi?

Who it is for

• Companies and agencies running conferences, seminars, launches and year-end parties that need QR invitations and fast check-in.
• Schools, associations and clubs that need a registration page, tickets and attendance tracking.
• Organizers of workshops, shows and races who want to sell tickets online themselves and get paid through VNPAY.

What Tickmi does

Before the day

• Import attendees from Excel or Google Sheets, or open a registration page (auto or manual approval, capacity limits).
• Design tickets, badges and online invitations from templates; every person gets a unique QR code.
• Send tickets in bulk by email (optionally from your own organization address) and Zalo; see who received them and who confirmed attendance.
• Sell tickets online: multiple ticket types, seats held during payment, VNPAY payments, reconciliation and refunds.

At the door

• Scan check-in with the Tickmi Studio phone app (even offline), a self check-in kiosk, a barcode scanner, or by typing the ticket code.
• Flag duplicate or wrong-event tickets; give separate scanner accounts per gate, session or booth.
• Print badges at check-in with the Tickmi Print app.

During and after

• Lucky draws on the big screen from checked-in attendees, polls, quizzes, surveys and a wish wall.
• Summary report: registrations, arrivals, by source, by hour; export to Excel.

Tools without an account

Use them right away on tickmi.com, with limits that keep the service stable:

• Online poll: 2–10 choices, up to 300 votes, live results screen.
• Sign-up form: up to 10 questions and 200 sign-ups, Excel download.
• Lucky draw wheel: up to 100 people, runs in the browser, the list is never sent to a server.
• QR code generator: link, Wi-Fi, contact card, phone, email, SMS; add a logo, download PNG/SVG.
• Free check-in for small lists.

Free polls, forms and check-in lists are deleted 30 days after the last edit; move them to Tickmi Studio to keep them.

Use Tickmi from an AI assistant

AI assistants that support MCP (Claude, Cursor and compatible apps) can create the four tools above inside a conversation and hand you the link. MCP server address: https://tickmi.com/mcp (no sign-in).

1. Open the place to add a connector or MCP server in your AI app.
2. Paste https://tickmi.com/mcp and choose an HTTP connection.
3. Ask, for example: "Create a poll for the team lunch: pizza, sushi, salad".

The assistant can only create new tools; it cannot read or change existing data. The manage link is sent to you: keep it private.

Limits to know

• New accounts get 100 free ticket issues; after that, buy a package.
• Reserved seating with a seat map is not in the standard product (custom development on request).
• Check-in uses QR codes, barcodes and ticket codes; face recognition is not in the standard product.
• Tickmi is not a marketplace with a large built-in audience: you bring buyers to your own ticket link.
• Interface and support in Vietnamese and English; online ticket payments go through VNPAY (cards, wallets and bank QR in Vietnam).

Pricing

Event packages (for programmes that do not sell tickets: invitations, free registration) start at 1,990,000 VND for up to 500 attendees, up to 10,000 attendees; or ticket credits (pay per ticket issued, credits never expire) from 7,900 VND each (first 100 credits free). Tickets sold through Tickmi only pay the ticket-sales fee (% of price + fixed fee). Prices exclude VAT.

Frequently asked questions

Is Tickmi free?

Partly. A new account gets 100 ticket issues to use for real, and the poll, sign-up form, lucky draw, QR code and small check-in tools on tickmi.com work without an account. For more, buy a package (prices are in the Pricing section on this page).

What is a "ticket issue"?

Every ticket Tickmi creates for one attendee (invitation, QR ticket or reissued ticket) counts as one ticket issue. Re-sending the email of an existing ticket does not count again. Paid tickets sold through Tickmi do not use ticket issues; they only pay the ticket-sales fee.

How is Tickmi different from Google Forms or Excel?

Google Forms only collects sign-ups. Tickmi takes that list (or opens its own registration page), gives every person a unique QR ticket, sends it, then scans people in at the door, flags duplicate tickets and updates the attendance count in real time.

Do I need to install anything?

Organizers use Tickmi Studio in the browser. Check-in uses the Tickmi Studio app (iOS, Android), a kiosk or a USB barcode scanner. Attendees install nothing: tickets open from email or Zalo, and the Tickmi Ticket app is optional for keeping tickets on the phone.

Does check-in work offline?

Yes. The Tickmi Studio app scans without internet and syncs automatically when the connection returns.

Is attendee data safe?

Attendee lists belong to your organization and only members you grant access can see them; check-in staff can have personal fields masked. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
