How are tickets sold through Tickmi charged?
Tickets sold through Tickmi sit outside event packages: paid tickets only pay the sales fee (% of price + a fixed fee), while 0 VND tickets use your organisation's credits.
How does an event package count attendees and ticket issues?
The included ticket issues equal the package's maximum attendees. Every attendee added counts as one and never decreases; these issues are not drawn from your organisation's credits. Need more capacity? Buy another package to add to your limit. Tickets are delivered by email and Zalo ZBS.
How are event packages different from ticket credits?
Event packages are for programmes that do not sell tickets (invitations, free registration): pay once for one single-day ticket product, priced by maximum attendees, from 1,990,000 VND for up to 500 attendees, up to 10,000 attendees (quote). Ticket credits are for running several ticket products: buy ticket issues from 7,900 VND each or a fixed package; credits never expire and are shared across all ticket products. Both include every Tickmi Studio feature.
What counts as one ticket issued?
With ticket credits, each ticket issued to an attendee uses one credit. Adding people to a list, editing details or scanning a ticket more than once uses nothing extra.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused ticket credits stay in your organisation account for later ticket products.
Are prices shown including VAT?
No. VAT is added at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm the order.
Do smaller packages have fewer features?
No. Event packages differ only in maximum attendees and ticket credits only in the number of credits and price per credit; every feature is included.
Do I pay more for extra scanners or staff?
No. Install the Tickmi Studio app on as many phones as you like and invite team members for free.
