Is Tickmi QR check-in free to try?
Yes. New accounts get 100 free ticket credits with every feature. After that: Tickmi has two product lines. Event packages: pay once for one ticket product that does not sell tickets (invitations, free registration), from 1,990,000 VND for up to 500 attendees. Ticket credits: buy ticket issues from 7,900 VND each, or a fixed package from 3,450,000 VND for 500 credits; credits never expire and are shared across all ticket products. Prices exclude VAT.
Do I need to buy QR scanners?
No. Any Android phone or iPhone with the Tickmi Studio app can scan. For very busy entrances you can add USB barcode readers or a self check-in kiosk.
What if the venue loses internet?
The app stores ticket data on the device, keeps scanning offline and syncs later without double counting.
What if an attendee forgets their phone?
Staff look them up by name, phone number or the 8-character ticket code and check them in manually in the app.
