• VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry.
• VIP merchandise will be shipped directly to each package purchaser; some exceptions may apply.
• VIP merchandise will not be shipped outside of Singapore under any circumstances. VIP merchandise purchased by customers whose Country of Residence is not Singapore will be distributed on-site at the show or at an alternative local location. Any changes must be done BEFORE DECEMBER 31, 2023 in your Ticketmaster Account in order for the changes to be in effect.
